We provide the forms and information for how to complete the forms and when they should be returned. You can pick up forms (up to 300 per visit) at our office or you can follow this link to order larger quantities of forms.

There are rules to follow when registering voters, so it is important to read our Guide to Conducting Voter Registration Drives before beginning voter registration activities. Guides and voter registration forms are available at no charge from the Board of Elections office.

Please Note

Voter Registration Forms for residents outside of Wake County cannot be accepted at the Wake County Board of Elections office (1200 N New Hope Rd). Those forms may be delivered to the appropriate county board or the North Carolina State Board of Elections office.
