The study area includes the towns of Zebulon, Rolesville, Wendell and the surrounding unincorporated areas like Riley Hill, Hopkins, Lizard Lick and Eagle Rock. The project aim is to launch an on-demand service that provides residents with greater access to jobs, school, healthcare and other essential services.
